ENVIRONMENTALISTS SUE TO STOP SOLAR PLANT

What do these people want? First they whine "renewable energy, renewable energy". Then you try to give it to them and they sue to stop you. (Click here for the full story.) The development company of a new solar power plant in the California desert had settled one lawsuit last October by buying thousands of acres of habitat for endangered creatures, even though the environmental review did not show any harm to those creatures because of the planned plant. Now another group pops up in their never ending 'round robin' of attacks and 'tag team' tactics. Under American law if the new group was not a party to the lawsuit they can still sue again even though the issues have been settled. God help us all!
