GREENS ATTEMPT TO SUPPRESS PRINCETON STUDY ON CO2

William Happer, Professor of Physics at Princeton University, recently experienced censorship in the USA when he submitted a paper for publication to The American Mathematical Society. His paper was accepted for publication. However, there were so many threats from Greens as well as complaints from other green members that the offer to publish was withdrawn. Among other items in a very interesting read are the following statements: (1) Commercial greenhouse operators recognize the value of CO2 in causing plants to bloom and to produce more vegetables and fruits. They typically increase the CO2 level to 1,000 ppm, well above the current atmospheric average of 390 ppm. (2) California orange growers have experienced an increase in yields of 30% above levels 150 years ago, due to the increase in CO2. (3) CO2 is basically harmless to man. NASA recommends an upper limit of 8,000 ppm on flight of ninety days or less. The US Navy recommends upper limits of 5,000 ppm for cruises (submarines) of 1,000 days. (4) Every human on Earth exhales about one kilogram of CO2 each day back into the atmosphere. The paper is a good read on will give you much food for thought.
