The Utah House passed a Resolution telling Congress that man caused Global Warming has not yet been proved. Click here for the full ABC News report. In California a ballot initiative has been started to suspend California's law concerning carbon emissions, previously lauded as a 'model for the Nation and the World' and supported by The Action Hero, Arnold Swarzenegger, who somehow became Govenor of the state. Link by clicking here to the LA Times article and full report. The proponents want to suspend the law until unemployment in the state reaches 5.5%. It is much higher than that now.
